MVPA, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company doing business as Physician Focused (the “Company” or “We”, “”Us” or “Our”) operates PhysicianFocused.com (the “Site”).  This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects personal information about you through the Site and how this information is then used or disclosed.  By visiting the Site, you accept the practices described herein; if you do not agree to these practices, please do not visit the Site.

 

Generally, we gather information about you to provide you with convenient access to certain features and services, to verify your identity in our interactions with you, to communicate offers on services that we believe will be of interest to you, to deliver a better customer service experience, to administer our business, and to use as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy and on the Site.
