With a Personal Assistant Premium membership, you have 20 hours of task request time a month. This membership tier is $349/month and offers a full DRM package along with personal tasks, social media audits upon request and social media management.
With a Personal Assistant Pro membership, you have 12 hours of task request time a month. This membership tier is $249/month and includes personal tasks, with audits of your social media and digital reputation upon request.
With a Personal Assistant membership, you have 6 hours of task request time a month. This membership tier is $149/month and is solely personal tasks (travel planning, research, scheduling personal appointments).
Easily! Just fill out a credit card authorization form and we can handle them on your behalf. We’ll always ask you to approve the charge ahead of time. Or, if you prefer, you can handle the payment for the third party after we smooth out all the details.
Nope! There is no contract for our monthly membership. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your membership at any time.
No. Currently, we only handle personal tasks. We do not handle tasks related to your practice, hospital, or work.
A personal task is any task (big, small, complicated or easy, recurring or stand-alone) that involves your life. Some examples of personal tasks are: find a home cleaner, schedule a haircut, find a nanny, make brunch reservations, schedule a move, plan trip itineraries, ect.
As of this point, we have not had a personal request come across that we’ve denied.
We respond as quickly as possible to give you peace of mind. Some tasks, like making brunch reservations or scheduling a haircut can be completed within the hour. Other tasks that involve third parties, like ordering a replacement part or fixing your car, may take more time.
We are very grateful to have the opportunity to save physicians time and add value to their lives. Our number one goal is to get you back to doing whatever you want to do, whether that is working, spending more time with your kids or spouse, or working on a side project. It is true that it can sound too good to be true, but it is because we are here to help with whatever you need. Physicians that learn how to delegate effectively typically upgrade within 2-3 months.
Your personal assistant will keep you updated on your usage. When you run out of time, you can upgrade for more or wait until your month renews to delegate more tasks.
Hours do not roll over month to month. If you feel that you are not using up enough of your hours, we will be happy to downgrade you to a lower tier!
Absolutely! Your spouse or partner can make requests and get help from a personal assistant, even if they are not a doctor.
You can request a task whenever you want! We will confirm receipt of and work on your tasks during business hours.
Most of our members utilize 10-12 hours each month through the Personal Assistant Pro membership. If you only have a few tasks to delegate now (or don’t know how much time you need now) start with our Personal Assistant Starter membership and you can upgrade if you need more time.
Absolutely. Pick a membership level that corresponds to the amount of help you need right now. If you need more help later, you can upgrade to a plan with more hours. If you need less help, you can downgrade at any time too.
We track the time spent on each of your tasks as they are being worked on and keep a running total. We can update you at any time with your used and remaining time.
You can spend your hours on any personal task. From an easy 5 minute task to a difficult task requiring multiple hours, you are free to use your hours as needed.

No problem! We can set you up with a dedicated personal assistant for an additional $199/month.
We have NDA language built into the terms and conditions of our site. We use our payment processing system to store any sensitive information through SSL protected transactions.

Our minimum time requirement per task is 15 minutes. After that we account for time in 15 minute increments. If a task is something quick, say 5 minutes, we keep your best interests in mind and do not require a 30 minute minimum.

Your personal assistants handle everything you need virtually. If you ever need in-person help, like a handyman or carpet cleaner, we find the best options in your area.
Tasks vary in difficulty and time spent. If your task does not require third party communication, it gets done fast. If your task relies on communication from another party such as a 1-800 number, etc., it can take up to a week.
We currently use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-center. What does this mean? It means Stripe is very secure. They exceed industry security standards and are trusted by thousands of businesses of all sizes across the globe, including many Fortune 500 companies.
